Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverage.

• A consultative, relationship-focused approach to selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate new Property & Casualty business through referrals, prospecting, networking, inbound leads, and other sales activities.
• Consult with prospects to understand their insurance needs and exposures.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional personal and commercial insurance products.
• Educate clients about potential coverage gaps and available solutions.
