Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required (will need to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing insurance clients.
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, renewals, and service needs.
• Review accounts and identify coverage needs and opportunities.
• Prepare insurance quotes and assist with new business.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policies and account needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely and professional service.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Assist with account retention and client satisfaction.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Work closely with the agency team to support overall business goals.
