NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager II to service client accounts and manage renewals. You will collaborate with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives, coordinating proposals and presentations while building client relationships.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and timely delivery of services. Hybrid or remote arrangements are available for US candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong client service experience and communication skills.
• Experience with renewal processes and proposals is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts.
• Prepare renewal materials and assist in presentations.
• Review proposals for accuracy with guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain client files and assist with billing inquiries.
• Support the Account Management Team as needed.
