Branch State Farm Insurance is hiring Insurance Account Managers to help customers choose auto, home, and life coverage. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the agency, with potential promotion to owner after 18 months.

Account associates must pass Michigan Property & Casualty and Life & Health exams; studying is online at home at no pay, with reimbursement after passing within 3 attempts.

Formación

• Experience in sales and customer service is required.
• Ability to handle telemarketing and outbound calls.
• Strong customer relationship skills and retention focus.
• Knowledge of insurance transactions is a plus.
• Willingness to complete insurance licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers to provide auto, home, and life insurance solutions.
