Brad Carpenter - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support a growing client base in the Ohio area. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling policy changes, and guiding customers through coverage options.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask across client accounts, and fluent in Spanish, with a willingness to obtain required licenses and work within a State Farm independent contractor framework.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable using computer systems and agency software.
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Life and Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in SPANISH.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
• Review existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support the sales team with customer relationship management.
