Job summary

You will respond to client inquiries, maintain communications, gather documentation, and coordinate with carriers to review plan details, quotes, and policy updates while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires strong organizational skills and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Client inquiries, maintains documentation of communications and resolutions.
• Supports implementation of new lines of coverage by coordinating with Client and Carrier.
• Gathers exposure information and compiles loss-run schedules and stratifications.
• Requests and collects quotes from carriers and audits quotes, binders, and endorsements.
• Updates policy information and ensures completeness throughout the year.
• Generates materials for Client presentations and communicates changes affecting premiums.
