Job summary

AccessWave is seeking an Account Manager to provide administrative and customer service support for insurance-related activities. You will respond to inquiries, assist with applications and renewals, and manage client relationships across all insurance touchpoints.

Responsibilities include processing claims, maintaining policy records, generating reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in an insurance brokerage are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage.
• Experience with carriers (Travelers, Chubb, Ascot Group) and wholesale brokers (Amwins).
• P&C Insurance Producer License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accurate policy information.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and updates.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide guidance across insurance touchpoints.
• Review and process insurance claims; coordinate with adjusters for resolution.
• Maintain accurate policy records and distribute documents.
• Assist with processing applications and ensure timely submissions.
• Input and update client data; generate reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters and agents to resolve issues and support underwriting.
