Job summary

Lockton in Minneapolis seeks a seasoned Client Services professional to manage a designated book of business across marketing, claims and administration. You will respond to client inquiries, maintain documentation, and assist in implementing new lines of coverage with clients and carriers.

Collaborating with producers and the accounting team, you will gather exposure information, request and audit quotes, process audits, and ensure timely invoicing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• Typically three to seven years of client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to understand industry trends and regulations.
• Commitment to confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serves designated book of business in marketing, claims, and administration.
• Responds to client inquiries and documents communications and resolutions.
• Supports implementation of new coverage by coordinating with client and carrier.
• Collects exposure information, loss-run schedules, and client stratifications.
• Requests and collects quotes from carriers and audits quotes, binders, and endorsements.
• Processes audits and creates audit analysis for the client.
• Updates policy information and reflects changes during the year.
• Monitors quotes from carriers and coordinates with senior staff.
• Assists with binding coverage under supervision of Unit Manager/Account Executive.
• Gathers information for new business opportunities and inputs data into the management system.
• Produces materials for client presentations and communications.
• Ensures compliance communications and billing processes are handled.
