Responsibilities

• Serves designated book of business related to marketing, claims, and administration.
• Responds to client inquiries and documents communications and resolutions.
• Supports onboarding of new coverage by gathering documentation and reviewing plan details.
• Gathers exposure information, loss-run schedules, and client stratifications.
• Requests and reviews quotes from carriers; audits quotes, binders, and endorsements.
• Processes audits and creates audit analyses for clients; updates policy information.
• Binds coverage under direction of Unit Manager/Account Executive; informs clients of changes.
• Provides materials for client presentations and meetings; participates in industry training.
