Coastline Insurance in Southport, NC is seeking an Account Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience by managing service, sales, and renewal marketing for the Producer's book of business. You will coordinate with clients, carriers, and brokers, resolve issues, review coverages, and identify opportunities to round out coverage, including Umbrella and Inland Marine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer service.
• High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Admin or related field.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong knowledge of policy coverages, underwriting principles, and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for your Producer's book of business.
• Act as liaison between clients, carriers and brokers to resolve issues.
• Review coverages with insureds and advise on terms and risk mitigation.
• Identify gaps and round out accounts with additional products.
• Quote and bind new business and support renewal marketing.
