Impact Performance Team in Charleston, SC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for an assigned book of property and casualty clients. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and certificates, coordinate with carriers on coverage placement and claims support, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate service that supports retention and growth of the agency's book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance account management or a related field.
• The role requires a valid P&C license. If not licensed, you must obtain your license within 30 days of your start date. The agency will assist with pre-licensing coursework and exam fees.
• Must be located in Charleston; on-site work preferred, with hybrid consideration after onboarding.
