Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager to ensure successful delivery of services to clients by creating customized service plans and building strong client relationships. You will negotiate coverage, manage proposals and renewals, and maintain accurate client information to foster a collaborative service experience.

You will also contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy team with strong proficiency in Excel and agency management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years insurance experience in applicable insurance products/lines.
• Strong negotiating and renewal management skills.
• Experience presenting at open enrollment meetings.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and agency systems.
• Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities
