World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. You will assist with routine service activities, renewal coordination, and maintaining accurate policy and client records.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, plus an active state P/C license. The role emphasizes responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize loss history.
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals, stewardship reports and other presentations using templates with guidance from a senior team member.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit disputes.
• Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
• Order loss runs and generate proofs of endorsement and audit review.
