Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager & Service in the Mountain States region, including Montana. You will serve as the primary contact for transportation client accounts, marketing to carriers, and handling quotes, renewals, and policy inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in insurance, an active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions effectively, while demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and collaborative culture.
• Broad knowledge of insurance products and usages and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of transportation accounts, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals.
• Respond quickly to policy inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy and maintain organized account files.
