Job summary

Starion Bank in North Dakota is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing while collaborating with the sales team to grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' demonstrated customer service and sales experience.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven interpersonal communication skills and an Insurance license in property and casualty.

• Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.
• Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
