• Support administration of employee benefit programs.
• Assist with onboarding new benefit clients.
• Manage day-to-day service requests such as eligibility changes.
• Coordinate annual renewal processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Employee Benefits Advisor.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service tracking.
