Mike Edmundson State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Manager who will be vital to daily operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conduct policy reviews, oversee the resolution of complex issues, and use knowledge of our insurance

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities
