Mike Hillenga - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and client success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relations and by connecting customer needs with internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, policy reviews, resolving complex issues, and recommending insurance products to warm and cold leads. Compensation is $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
