Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive in Fort Worth, TX to generate new business and manage client relationships within a franchised agency. You will prospect, build a book of business, and leverage our carrier options to tailor solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, B2B or B2C sales experience, and the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Licensing will be completed after hire as required.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution.
