Job summary

Goosehead Insurance, via The Altis Agency in San Antonio, TX, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. You’ll be trained in Salesforce, sales processes, and business development to build a solid client book and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions, renewal income, and opportunities for President’s Club recognition. Licenses are required after hire, and you’ll operate within a franchised Agency Owner’s business

Qualifications

• Must pass state licensing exam after being hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Understand client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from a large carrier portfolio.
• Manage and grow accounts to maximize new business and renewal commissions.
