• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close.
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline.
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client.
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle.
