Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an on-site team member in California to support account managers and provide excellent service to clients. The role involves understanding insurance services, assisting with requests, and helping maintain smooth client communications within a dynamic Fintech/insurance ecosystem.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, team collaboration, and MS Office proficiency who can handle multiple tasks and support the sales and service teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Associate Account Managers.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients as assigned and requested.
• Maintain familiarity of all insurance services.
• Provide clients with an overview of available services.
• Support Account Managers in all functions as directed by management.
• Process Certificates of Insurance and related documents promptly.
• Update policies and handle changes using EPIC and carrier sites.
• Prepare and send documents, auto ID cards, and proofs of insurance.
