Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Valid California Property/Casualty license.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with service requests, endorsements, claim reporting, and renewals.
• Process certificates/EPIs and obtain renewal information from carriers/brokers.
• Conduct policy checks in EPIC and manage exchanges with carriers.
• Enter WC submissions and draft renewal communications for AMs.
• Document interactions clearly in EPIC for seamless client service.
