Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Associate Account Managers.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients.
• Maintain familiarity with all insurance services.
• Prepare documents and correspondence for approvals.
• Handle policy changes using EPIC and carrier sites.
• Review billing, loss runs, and complete pre-renewal packets.
• Coordinate with underwriters and carrier personnel.
