Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to support laminator and band saw operations in our Minnesota facility.

The role involves loading fiberglass insulation and facing materials, loading/unloading trucks, preparing shipments, and assisting machine operators to maintain continuous production. Responsibilities include accurate material handling, quality checks, inventory labeling, and maintaining warehouse safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods to maintain continuous laminator production.
• Prepare shipments and assist with truck loading/unloading.
• Support machine operators and material handlers to ensure efficient laminator and band saw operations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe handling of materials.
