Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with fiberglass insulation or metal building insulation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support material handling and ensure continuous laminator production.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished laminated rolls.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform quality checks.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, complying with safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
