Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in Fitchburg, MA is hiring an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, attics, and more while following quality and safety standards. Based in our local warehouse, you'll report each morning to a designated location and operate tools to measure, cut, and seal insulation, with overtime opportunities and a path toward leadership roles for high performers.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to attain Crew Lead/DOT certifications.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Measure, cut, seal, and fit insulation per blueprints or specs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles when eligible, with training and authorization.
