Job summary

RC&E insulation is seeking a Crew Leader to support New Systems and Project Management on insulation projects. You will manage parts, tools, expendables, equipment, and daily clerical needs to keep crews productive on site.

You will learn on the job, track onsite equipment counts, coordinate with foremen and project managers, generate material lists, reconcile deliveries, and lead field crews in insulation tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Foreman or handle directly, the completion and storage of worksite documents including insulation logs, daily work summaries, and time sheets.
• Become familiar with Field Connect to input crew members' weekly hours worked, per diem, mileage, and complete other forms for the project.
• Use ACC BUILD to submit RFIs or clarifications regarding insulation scope, tools and materials, and support other departments with communication.
• Reconcile material and parts deliveries on-site in real time using packing slips, order acknowledgments, or RC&E office forms and report discrepancies to the project manager/vendor as needed.
• When not performing duties, act as lead with the field crew to perform insulation, site maintenance, or equipment setup.
