Job summary

Kelvin Group Corp is seeking a Crew Leader (insulation) in Fort Worth, TX to support New Systems and Project Management by coordinating parts, tools, and labor needs on RC&E insulation projects. You’ll track equipment counts, learn on the job, and liaise with Foremen and Project Managers for efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include handling site documents, inputting hours in Field Connect, and coordinating material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience handling on-site documentation: logs, time sheets, safety reports.
• Ability to input crew hours, per diem and mileage in Field Connect.
• Familiarity with material ordering and communicating discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Foreman or handle directly, the completion and storage of worksite documents including insulation logs, daily work summaries, and time sheets.
• Become familiar with Field Connect to input crew members’ weekly hours worked, per diem, mileage, and related forms.
• Utilize ACC BUILD to submit RFIs or clarifications regarding insulation scope, tools and materials.
• Reconcile material and parts delivery on-site with packing slips and orders; communicate discrepancies to the project manager or vendor.
• When not performing duties, act in lead position to carry out insulation and site tasks.
