Installed Building Products is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead insulation crews and oversee residential and commercial insulation projects. This role manages daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, maintains quality standards, and supports crew development.

Qualifications

• Insulation, construction, or building materials industry experience required.
• Foreman/lead installer or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials, installation methods, and safety practices.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and support insulation crews on multiple job sites.
• Plan, organize, and oversee installation of cellulose and other insulation products.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and customers to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship and project specifications.
• Manage jobsite materials, equipment, and labor resources to maximize productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members while promoting a positive team environment.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to minimize delays and maintain quality.
