Job summary

Resilience Corp LLC is seeking a Leadman – Insulation to supervise insulation crews on active job sites in Texas, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets client specifications. You will coordinate tasks, manage materials, and support the Foreman with insulation installation, jacketing, and final inspections.

The role requires 4–7 years of industrial insulation experience and at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, with OSHA standards knowledge. Travel to project sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years in industrial insulation (refinery, petrochemical, power plant or similar).
• Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role (Leadman, Crew Lead).
• Knowledge of insulation systems: pipe, vessel, equipment.
• Experience with insulation materials: fiberglass, calcium silicate, mineral wool, foam glass; metal jacketing/cladding.
• Ability to read/interpret job scopes, isometric drawings, insulation specs.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and jobsite compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising insulation crews on daily jobsite activities.
• Support insulation installation planning and execution under Foreman supervision.
• Ensure OSHA standards and client specs compliance across insulation work.
• Conduct daily job site hazard assessments and promote safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety expectations to crew.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment for insulation operations.
• Inspect insulation systems to ensure proper installation, coverage, and thickness.
• Report daily progress, delays, and issues to Foreman.
• Ensure crew productivity and quality across insulation tasks.
• Train and mentor helpers in installation and safe work practices.
