Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Sugar Land, Texas. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling direct manufacturing functions, coordinating process improvements, and ensuring safety and quality in an electronics-heavy environment. The position requires 3–5 years of PWA manufacturing experience, a technical or bachelor’s degree, and may value IPC-610 certification.

The shift runs Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associates/technical degree with electronics experience acceptable.
• IPC-610 certification would be beneficial, even if expired.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCB or Printed Wiring Assembly manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency with MePOD, SAP, Excel, Word, dashboards and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Train or coach employees on administrative or technical processes.
• Ensure employee safety and provide necessary equipment and prints.
• Resolve production issues and escalate when needed.
• Educate employees on quality standards.
• Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions with direct reports.
• Drive continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools.
