Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks an Instrumentation and Electrical Forman to plan, supervise, and coordinate all phases of electrical installation, maintenance, and inspection in new or remodeled facilities. The role includes daily crew planning and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities cover production, quality, safety, and supervisory duties, with travel to multiple job sites. 50-hour-plus weeks and potential travel up to 90% are expected.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical foreman role

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified.
• Travel to different job sites on a limited notice.
• Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of individual projects.
• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of craft workers.
