Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to work on state-of-the-art data centers and manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on creating 3D models and 2D drawings for control systems, while collaborating with global teams across multiple projects.

You will manage schedules, prepare reports, and contribute to high-quality deliverables. The candidate should have an engineering degree, experience in instrumentation and controls, and BIM design skills, with proficiency in BIM360,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Familiarity with P&ID diagrams.
• 2+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data center, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
