Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop P&ID diagrams, 3D models and panel layouts for state-of-the-art data centers, semiconductor facilities and other industrial projects worldwide. You'll join a global multidisciplinary team, manage schedules, produce accurate reports, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Required: Degree in Engineering, experience with instrumentation and controls, familiarity with P&IDs, 2+ BIM design years, and proficiency with BIM360, Revit,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Familiarity with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
• 2+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data center, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
