Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to contribute to state‑of‑the‑art data center and industrial facility projects. You will develop P&ID and control system drawings, collaborate with global teams, and manage schedules across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Familiarity with P&ID diagrams (P&IDs).
• 2+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state‑of‑the‑art data centers, semiconductor facilities, and other manufacturing facilities.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems.
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
