TRAK Group in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an experienced Instrument Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and maintain instrumentation and control systems within an industrial manufacturing environment.

The role covers diagnosing problems with valves, transmitters, PLCs, DCS systems, and other control components, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and uptime through meticulous maintenance and documentation.

Competenze

Experience with industrial instrumentation used to measure and control flow, pressure, temperature, level, and chemical composition.

Mansioni

Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Diagnose problems involving control valves, sensors, transmitters, PLCs, DCS systems, and final control elements.
Remove, repair, and replace defective instrumentation and control components.
Calibrate instruments and control devices according to manufacturer specifications and plant standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
Support instrumentation associated with flow, pressure, temperature, level, and chemical composition measurement and control.
Troubleshoot process control issues and identify root causes of equipment or instrumentation failures.
Verify proper operation of repaired or calibrated equipment before returning systems to service.
