Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience. NCCER certified and State Electrical License.
• Plant Maintenance experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Journeyman level experience.

Responsibilities

• Reads and works from related blueprints and other schematic drawings.
• Calibrates, installs and/or removes instrumentation devices.
• Cuts, bends and installs tubing for proper installation of instrumentation devices.
• Reads and understands quality control manuals and testing specifications to obtain data for testing/calibration.
• Sets controls to regulate variables (current, pressure, temperature) per specs.
• Disassembles devices to diagnose faults and routes to repair/salvage.
• Reads blueprints/schematics/loop drawings and prepares job reports.
• Assembles and disassembles electronic/process controls and hydraulic systems.
