Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO International, Inc. is seeking an Instrument Sales Specialist for the San Antonio, TX region.

You will drive sales of titration, melting point, UV/Vis, density and refractometry instruments, serving as the main company representative with customers and partners. Ideal candidates have a scientific degree, 3+ years of sales experience in laboratory equipment or related fields, and strong ERP/CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably with a chemistry focus.
• 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience; 3+ years in sales, ideally selling lab equipment.
• Significant experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to senior groups.
• Self-starter with strong organization, prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively grow and meet annual sales targets (revenue and units).
• Plan, organize and schedule time for optimum territory coverage.
• Identify and develop key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Manage demo inventory, budgets and related expenses.
• Demonstrate products at on-site visits; provide training and technical support.
• Collaborate with home office and other teams to pursue opportunities.
