Job summary

The Gravity Vault Upper Saddle River invites applications for an Instructor role. You will be the face of our gym, interacting with guests daily under the guidance of management to ensure a consistently positive experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with membership and retail questions, belaying for private sessions and group classes, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the facility. Training is provided, and experience with kids is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability: Weekdays, evenings and weekends (min. 15 hours per week).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Climbing experience is a plus but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Experience working with children is strongly preferred.

• Ensuring safety of both staff and customers within the facility.

• Other job related duties as assigned.

As an Instructor at The Gravity Vault Upper Saddle River, you represent the face of our business and have the most direct interaction with customers. Working closely under the guidance of the management team, you play a key role in delivering a consistently positive experience for guests each day.
