Under limited supervision, the Instructional Technology Specialist supports the implementation, administration, training, and troubleshooting of instructional and enterprise technology systems that support teaching, learning, and organizational operations across Georgia Virtual Learning. This position serves as a technical and instructional resource for educators, administrators, staff, and students by providing expertise in educational technology, Microsoft 365 applications, digital learning platforms, and system integrations.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other educational systemsDiagnose and resolving technical issuesAssist with system implementations and testingDevelop professional learning opportunitiesCreate user documentation and resourcesEvaluate emerging technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiencyThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities; and a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
