Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience supporting LMS and academic technologies.
- Ability to consult with faculty on technology use.
Responsibilities
- Support faculty and staff in Canvas and integrated academic technologies.
- Troubleshoot LMS and related tools to resolve issues.
- Provide guidance on selecting and using academic technologies for teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with Academic Technology and IT teams to improve workflows.
