Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software including word processing, databases, data retrieval and presentations.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional communication with students, faculty, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage course schedules and ensure timely submission to Records and Registration.
• Monitor enrollment trends and advise on offerings or cancellations as needed.
• Maintain EPC curricula materials and track approval deadlines.
• Generate faculty load and enrollment reports and monitor ACA compliance.
• Coordinate contracts, loading, and compensation documents.
• Manage textbook orders and assist with scheduling data in Colleague.
• Collaborate with TEACH Institute and campus offices on processes and system changes.
• Serve as content expert for related systems and procedures.
