Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of full‑time teaching experience.
• Teacher leadership or administrative experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving success in the K‑12 setting.
• Experience coaching others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable results.
• Coaching teachers through daily observations and feedback.
• Supervise TEKS‑based curricula and assessments.
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide feedback.
• Communicate student progress with families.
• Develop school culture supporting college readiness.
