Qualifications

• Teacher leadership or administrative experience required
• Proven track record of achieving success in the K-12 setting
• Experience managing/coaching others preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable results
• Coach teachers on curriculum and instruction through data conversations and evaluations
• Supervise implementation of TEKS-based curricula and assessments
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide actionable feedback
• Synthesize data to develop strategies for quantifiable goals
• Build strong relationships with students and families for college readiness
