Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
• Teacher leadership or administrative experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving success in the K-12 setting.
• Experience coaching others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable results.
• Coach teachers through daily observations and feedback.
• Supervise TEKS-based curricula and assessments.
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide feedback.
• Develop strategies using data to improve outcomes.
• Communicate student progress with families.
• Oversee tutoring sessions and after-school activities.
