The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of full-time teaching experience, with preference for a Master’s degree and prior leadership experience. A strong data-driven approach and effective collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
• Teacher leadership or administrative experience required
• Proven track record of success in the K-12 setting
• Experience managing/coaching others preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable results
• Supervise TEKS-based curricula and assessments
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide feedback
• Synthesize and prioritize data to develop strategies
• Communicate student progress with families
• Oversee tutoring sessions and after‑school activities
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins and school meetings
• Spend 40+ hours per week on-site
