Function / Position Summary
To provide additional support to studentswho are inneed of assistanceinreaching their academic and/or social-emotional goals.These arestudents identified asinneedofTier 2and/or Tier 3 support. The interventionist will deliver instruction to groups of students using district approved research-based interventions with fidelity.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Progress monitors studentgrowthbymeansofadministering theappropriate district approved progress monitoring tools and/or utilizing the DPR card according to the established district data rules.
- Coordinates aschedule withthe principal andother stafftoprovide services totheidentified students.
- Delivers explicit, scientificallybasedinstruction utilizingthe district approvedinterventions to small groups of students incorporatinga growth mindset.
- Maintains and submits required (pre and post) class profile data on individual student growth andrecords/disseminatesdata accordingly forinterim reports, report cards,Multi Tiered Systems ofSupport (MTSS) Data Review orTier2/3Teammeetings and/orother purposes as deemed necessary by the district.
- Collaborates andcommunicates student progress withbuilding administrationand colleagues as necessary including reports to the Service Team when requested.

Education
- ProfessionalEducator ' sLicense(PEL)
Experience / Knowledge
- FamiliarwithMTSSprocessandTieredInstruction.
- Knowledge ofandexperience withU-46 curriculum andidentified interventions toensure fidelity of implementation.
- Abletoadministerprogressmonitoringtoolsasdeemednecessary.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to meet the demands of additional teaching and coaching.
- Must be able to work in front of a computer monitor for multiple hours at a time.

Terms of Employment
- District-sponsored professional learning sessions will occur at Education Service Center or Welcome Center.
- Coach-led professional learning sessions and coaching will occur at each coach's respective school.
- The hourly rate for this role is $33.53/hr.
