Job summary

First American is seeking a Learning Solutions professional to design and implement instructor-led and digital training across real estate services. You will collaborate with SMEs, develop engaging content with industry-standard tools, and assess training impact to continuously improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of experience in professional training design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design using ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom's.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements to all levels.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure objectives are met.
• Present complex information using effective methods.
• Analyze/trend training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
