Job summary

The role involves curriculum design, content development, training facilitation, and learning management system administration to support workforce capability and customer service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
• Experience conducting in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with instructional design, ADDIE Model, and interactive e-learning content creation.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula for Consumer Assistance Workers and other stakeholders.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Create engaging e-learning content and materials.
• Administer learning management system activities and reporting.
• Support workforce capability and customer service improvements across the organization.
